Dr. Zac Robinson
Zac Robinson, PhD, was awarded his doctorate for his research at Florida Atlantic University on program design individualization for maximizing strength and hypertrophy. Zac received his Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s from The Ohio State University. Zac has researched proximity to failure, statistical methodology, volume, frequency, concurrent training, fatigue, perception of effort, velocity-based training, and exercise in clinical populations. You can see his research here. Zac has been coaching since 2016.
Josh Pelland
Josh Pelland, PhD(c), CSCS, is pursuing his doctorate at Florida Atlantic University exploring skeletal muscle re-sensitization. Josh received his Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s from The Ohio State University. Josh has researched volume, frequency, proximity to failure, study design methodology, concurrent training, fatigue, velocity-based training, and perception of effort. You can see his research here.
